Roderick Smyth, Chairman & CEO
Roderick is a vetern of the internet & software industry and the founder of Arithon. Roderick previously created web development company NSP which was ultimately sold in 2000 in a deal worth £3m. Roderick is also executive director of laboratory equipment manufacturer CSC

John Barry
John Barry is the former M.D. of Sigmar group and one of the founders of Sigmar recruitment. His early career was in the Defence Forces where he held a variety of senior operational positions both at home and abroad. Upon leaving the Defence Forces, he joined Parc Aviation as Manager of the consultancy division which specialises in the recruitment and selection of pilots. He later became a director of the executive search and recruitment division of B.D.O. Simpson Xavier. John is a business studies graduate and holds an MBA and an MSc in human resource management.

Noel Smyth
Noel is a successful entrepreneur who controls one of Ireland's leading laboratory services groups. His career spans industries including jewellery design, manufacturing, engineering consultancy and is a director in car parking services group ezpark. Noel is founder and charmain of CSC
